Position Description:

• Provide oversight and support to the site medical directors and providers at five Wyoming facilities, to include Torrington, Rawlins, Riverton, Lusk and New Castle.
• Work closely with NaphCare's Chief Medical Officer.
• Provide clinical patient care at times if providers are out.
• Participate in state office administrative meetings via virtual and, at times, in person.
• Ensure compliance with corporate NaphCare clinical and national accreditation practices.

Qualifications for Medical Director:

• Be licensed as a physician in the Wyoming
• Possess a current DEA registration
• Currently certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties 
• A valid CPR card
• Experience in primary care with administrative experience in corrections and/or managed health care delivery preferred.
