Overview

NaphCare is currently seeking an experienced Lead Inventory Coordinator/Pharmacy Technician to join our team at the Lewis facility located in Buckeye, AZ.  Pay rates vary based on shift, site needs, and experience.  Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and can be discussed with site leadership upon interview.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Lead Inventory Coordinator:

 

  • Sort medication and delivering to the yards
  • Collaborate with the pharmacies to process orders and returning excess medications, expired medications, and discontinued medications to the pharmacy
  • Assist with compliance, ensuring that medication is on-hand as required, performing audits on the yards, and insuring that upon release or going to court the patient is provided with enough medication for the continuity of care
  • Proficient in excel
  • Knowledge of medication is preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Inventory Coordinator:

 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Arizona Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) is preferred
  • At least two years of pharmacy experience, preferably in a purchasing role
  • General knowledge of brand to generic pharmaceutical equivalents
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
  • Valid CPR
