NaphCare is seeking a diligent Bid Proposal Financial Analyst to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. The Bid Proposal Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing pro forma analysis to support new business proposals and evaluations.  A successful candidate must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage changing priorities and a heavy workload.

**The position is not remote. The candidate must be a resident of the area.

Position Expectations:

• Shall gather, prepare, and review financial data provided in RFP process to formulate price.
• Shall prepare written explanation of formulated price for RFP response. 
• May be called on to orally present pricing options to prospective clients.
• Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Limited day travels possible.

Position Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 1-3 years of experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Must possess strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 
• Excellent written and verbal skills, the ability to problem-solve, and working independently with minimal supervision are all necessary.
