Overview

NaphCare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/LNAs) and Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) just like you at the Arizona Department of Corrections-Perryville located in Goodyear, AZ. Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available! 

 

Pay rates range from $17.50-$25.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.  PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and PRN employee availability.

Performance Expectations: 

  • Assist with direct patient care procedures
  • Obtain patient history
  • Take Vital Signs
  • Prepare Charts
  • Assist with medical examinations and/or treatments.
  • Perform routine procedures under stablished protocols (to include but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG’s, dressing changes and wound cultures) 

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in state of employment
  • Valid CPR Card
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare
