NaphCare is hiring an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant just like you to join our team at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Eyman Facility located in Florence, AZ. We currently have a Full-Time Day shift available! Pay rates range based on Shift, FT, site needs, and experience.

NaphCare has a partnership with NetCE that provides CEU/CME for our staff. NetCE uses a rigorous peer review process to ensure that all activities and content are up-to-date. This service streamlines continuing education for all NaphCare Employees to meet state-specific requirements for maintaining licensing. 

Position Description:
  • Assist in providing physical therapy treatments and procedures
  • Assist in the development of treatment plans
  • Document the progress of all treatments rendered
  • Prepare all treatment areas and equipment
  • Perform postural drainage, percussions and vibrations, and teach deep breathing exercises to treat respiratory conditions
  • Instruct, motivate, safeguard, and assist patients as they practice exercise and functional activities
  • Measure patients’ range of motion, body parts, and vital signs
