Position Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of FL; Bachelors in Nursing preferred
• Supervise and coach managers
• Assist with completion of annual performance evaluations
• Assist with recruiting efforts
• Ensure staffing schedules are maintained
• Assist with directing activities of healthcare staff
• Make clinical rounds
