NaphCare is hiring a PRN Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at the Montgomery County Detention Facility in Montgomery, Alabama.

As a Correctional Registered Nurse (RN), you'll partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, correctional officers, and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting nursing assessments, administering medications and treatments, managing chronic and acute medical conditions, responding to emergencies, and promoting positive health outcomes for patients with diverse and complex healthcare needs.

As a Registered Nurse you will play a critical role in our continued mission to provide quality care that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to:
Experience / Requirements / Qualifications
Physical Capabilities:
Must have the ability to stand for long periods, lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds), bend, squat, reach, push, pull, walk significant distances, and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR, all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
