Overview

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team at our corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL 35216.

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing projects, events, materials, and assist with departmental operations. This role manages assigned initiatives from request through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, brand standards, and logistical requirements are met.

The Marketing Manager works closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the Marketing Support Specialist to keep initiatives organized and moving forward.

    • Manage the planning and execution of conferences, recruiting events, employee events, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and task assignments for departmental projects and events.
    • Coordinate event registration, schedules, logistics, setup, breakdown, and on-site support.
    • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned projects and communicate progress, deadlines, and outstanding needs to stakeholders.
    • Maintain project trackers, calendars, budgets, vendor information, and departmental records.
    • Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, vendor quotes, shipping documentation, and expense tracking.
    • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, organization, efficiency, and service to internal teams.
    • Monitor project results and event feedback to support future planning and improvements.
    • Perform other marketing and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Details

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in marketing, event coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, proofreading, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide direction, follow through on details, and take ownership of projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project-management, event planning, and logistics/fulfillment is a plus.
