NaphCare  has an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Resource Specialist to join NaphCare’s Talent Acquisition team at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL

The Talent Acquisition Resource Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team by sourcing candidates across multiple platforms, helping manage the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS), maintaining job postings on external job boards and college sites, and assisting with career fair registration and coordination. This role plays a key part in keeping the recruiting pipeline organized, the ATS clean and accurate, and the organization's sourcing channels active and up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing

  • Assist Talent Acquisition by sourcing candidates when requested, using various sourcing software and services (e.g., HireEZ, Take2, Indeed)

  iCIMS ATS Support

  Job Posting Management

  • Manage job postings on other websites, including college job boards and general job boards

  Career Fair Support

  Help manage the iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage user accounts, including adding and removing user
  • Process password resets for candidates
  • Maintain the job template library
  • Assist Talent Acquisition with:
  • Keeping job folders clean and updated by ensuring requisitions are ‘foldered’ correctly throughout the hiring process
  • Ensuring candidates are dispositioned properly
  • Merging duplicate candidate profiles
  • Assist with identifying and registering for career fairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition support role
• Microsoft office experience
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., HireEZ, Take2, Indeed) preferred
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); iCIMS experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
