- Associate’s degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of prior paralegal experience.
- Healthcare related experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
- Interpersonal Skills: Maintains confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things. Conducts thorough research and pursues all available avenues to obtain needed information.
- Oral & Written Communication: Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively; edits work for spelling and grammar; presents numerical data effectively.
- Planning/Organizing: Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.

- Dependability: Consistently at work and on time; follows instructions and responds to management direction.
- Safety & Security: Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly
